Ive heard that guys get a form of what can only be described as a period......not that they go through what us women have to go through...but Ive heard that usually one day within three months guys will go through a hormone change that will give them symptoms that women have during PMS...pretty much everything you described.

I'm convinced men go through some kind of down cycle every month. It's either the pheremones the women are giving off or maybe something to do with the moon. I call it PMS (post macho syndrome)

Not that i know it is possible. But if you are around 40-50 years old then it's probably the anthropause which is sth like the menopause but in men. If you are younger or not necessarily that is happening then it can be depression. Believe it or not, people who are depressed sometimes behave in a similar way to what you describe.

If this is a serious question, the answer is that lots of men get like that. Some think it is that they get on their wives' hormone schedules from being so close (ever notice that women who live together often synch periods after time). Maybe it's mortgage payment time or payday, but there is something to that. Look hard at your life and talk to your wife and figure it out.
