I think we have all been there. I had a boss similar to the one in the movie. I thought it would be fun to share some stories of these nightmare bosses...
Mine actually told me to babysit her kids. She dropped them off and went to a meeting. They had no discipline and I still had work to do. I let them do WHATEVER they wanted just so I could get my work done. She came back to my hair filled with tape and her kids watching a DVD on my laptop. Anyone have a similar story. Yelling at you to go get her some lunch, telling you how to dress???

Oh yeah...I had a boss or two like that. This one guy was a real winner...old 60's dude about 200 pounds of fat...was taking martial arts and tried to intimidate and impress me with his kicking of things..haha but he was a butthead and made my life a bit miserable..

omg not as extreme as in the movie but like woah i work at a barn and to get the jobs done we need at least three people liek its uber improtant to have three people and no one elese shows up but me and she made me work all by my self all day and went out doing errands and i was there by my self!!!
